We are extremely happy with the quality home that Priority Builders built for us. We can’t thank Steve Gerner, our general contractor, enough for helping us build our dream home. Our home started with a hand drawing which Steve was very accommodating through several stages of drawing up the plans to the beautiful home we have today. He offered professional advice on how we could meet our budget and still have the home we wanted.
Steve was committed to building us the house we wanted and stayed on track with our budget and timeline he laid out for us from the beginning. One thing we really liked about working with Steve was he stayed in contact with us daily and was always there when we had questions. As in any major project the few hiccups that were encountered were handled quickly and Steve went out of his way to explain what the issues were.
The finishing detail in our home shows the great pride Steve takes in his personal hand and it shows in our great room cathedral ceiling. We were surprised to learn this was the first time he had done a ceiling like this and we are still in awe every time we look at it.
It is evident that Priority Builders take great pride in the workmanship they provide and it shows down to the very last detail. The sub-contractors Steve uses obviously believe in quality workmanship as well. All of the subs were professional and their jobs were completed on time.
Being first time home builders we cringed with every bid we got. We were unsure of which one to go with but Steve made the process easy and we felt most comfortable with his honesty and sincerity. Now that our first home has been built, we would not hesitate to call Priority Builders again if we were to build another home.
